We at Deltacom have zero tolerance on abusive websites, such as spammer sites, phishing sites, or copyright infringement sites.
Terremark Worldwide preformed Server IP NULL-ROUTE to us because of certain websites under our network, which means if one of our shared IP is being Null-Routed, the entire services on the server will not work at all. These actions affected not only us, but all of the hosted accounts that resided under the blade servers. Because of this, we will always be against any abusive websites.
Because of this fact, and the fact that our data center performed the proven-to-be disadvantageous actions to us, we will need to work together to fight this global and growing threats together. Therefore, we will need you cooperation in this.
We cannot stress this issue any more than we already have. This is our first PRIORITY to enforce this. We can not let abusive websites to run under any of our hosting programs. We have safe guards to ensure that all under our service is protected for others under our service from causing our websites to be shut down for these reasons. We have a fraud analysis program running on the server.
Any abusive websites will shut down immediately. Ignorance is no excuse reguarding to this policy. No refunds of fees paid will be made if an account is terminated for violation of these terms.
DEDICATED IP ADDRESS POLICY....
We would like to udate you regarding our IP Address assignment policy. Due to ARIN (American Registry for Internet Numbers) strict policy of IP Address assignment, we have to ask you the to follow the following guidelines.
You are only allowed to be assigned a dedicated IP address to website or domain names tha REQUIRE a dedicated IP address to function. Such website or domain names must fall into the following category:
1. Website or domain names that uses its own SSL certificates to process online transactions. Such website must have a secure connection through https protocaol using its own domain name.(<http://www.customer-domain.com>) Website or domain names that are using your oun shared SSL protocol are NOT ALLOWED to use dedicated IP address (<https://www.something.deltacom-c-s.com>).
2. Website or domain names that use application which require dedicated IP address to function. Such applications must be reviewed by our administrator to determine if it really requires a dedicated IP address to function. Before assigning any dedicated IP to such website, you are required to email the details of the application to sales@deltacom-c-s.com and the domain name which are going to use it.
