The personal information gathered by email is necessary to satisfy any requests.
Forms: This is the second way of gathering information. The most sensitive information is in the form of Credit Card information, we use secure gateway provided by our merchant account with PayPal® and none of that information is shared with anyone, infact Deltacom Computer Solutions does not recieve the sensitive information, other than an email from PayPal® confirming payment.
Your private information will not be rented, leased, sold or disclosed to anyone in any way without the clients written consent, unless otherwise requested by law, or for auditing requirements as part of a regulatory requirement. The only way we at Deltacom Computer Solutions would give out this information without consent would be if law inforcement authorities displayed a search warrant or subpoena. Deltacom Computer Solutions agrees to protect your personal information in such a way as to ensure its integrity and to make available to you.
